Training & development

We operate a personal development program for all employees. These programs ensure that each employee’s skills continue to grow. Each member of the Steeper team has access to regular training, chosen according to individual and business needs. Courses are conducted in-house and externally and include:

The wide variety of roles within our business spans from clinicians, to engineers, through to our core departments of customer services and finance. Our head office and manufacturing sites are based in Leeds, and our presence in branches is throughout the UK.
